Dr. Chirema shares one of her workshop exercises in this paper. She teaches research methods in a range of modules at Undergraduate and Post Graduate level. She facilitates sessions and workshops on reflective practice in a range of modules. Her research interest focuses on the use of reflective journals to promote reflection on practice and learning from practice experiences in post registration nurses. We are happy to include her pedagogical proposals regarding the importance of reflection in this anthology on teaching.
