Yes, you can use the Legal Studies Reasoning Profile ( LSRP ) to demonstrate the quality of professional programs and the benchmark proficiency of this year’s graduating class.
With the LSRP your program can document the reasoning skills proficiency and professionalism of each graduate. Graduating students receive individual reports which they can use with prospective employers. These individual reports, when included in each graduate’s employment portfolio, document the level of the graduate’s critical thinking skills and professional attributes as measured by the LSRP.
In response to calls for educational outcomes assessment, the LSRP reports overall group scores and descriptive statistics as well as comprehensive individual reports of strengths and weaknesses in 16 components of sound legal reasoning. Educational institutions use these data to document the effectiveness of their professional programs and to benchmark their programs against actual and aspirational peers.
