Measuring Willingness to Learn

A willingness to learn is key for placement in specialty functions or positions where specific knowledge must be gained on the job.  Businesses use the Willingness to Learn measurement on the Business Attributes Test BAI to assess an employee's appreciation of life long learning, continuous improvement, and the need to reapply oneself or retool in light of a changing business environment.
