Measuring Tolerance

Tolerance is valuable in all settings, but most importantly when functions require interaction with clients, customers, suppliers, colleagues or coworkers from broadly diverse demographic backgrounds. The Tolerance measurements on the Business Attributes Inventory BAI  broadly survey the ability to perform professionally within a setting where attitudes regarding discrimination in regard to demographic diversity could be an issue.
