Measuring Thinking Style

The Thinking Style metric on the business attributes test BAI  measures a person's overall approach to reasoning and problem solving. As job functions have less definition and demand more problem solving, decision making and troubleshooting, it becomes increasingly important to have a measurement of a person's overall approach to reasoning and problem solving. This data can be key in effective professional development programs.
