Many health care centers use our instruments as a component of hiring and for staff development purposes when their purpose is to assess critical thinking as a way to improve clinical judgment skills and minimize error in the clinical setting. The HSRT and the CCTST and BCTST are frequently selected to measure skills;  the CCTDI is used to measure dispositions. Most of these customers test online, and have several instruments available to them to match their various testing needs including the HSRT,  the CCTST and the BCTST to measure skills and the CCTDI to measure dispositions.
