CCT-G835

The CCT-G835 is designed to test personnel who have been selected, or are being selected, for positions that require strategic decision making, and for working professionals, scientists and technologists with strong educational preparation.

Challenging the Best to Demonstrate Excellence

The California Critical Thinking Skills Test - CCT-G835 is designed for use with C-Suite executives, scientists, technologists, engineers, senior decision makers, those who aspire to these positions, and with doctorally prepared individuals.

Because the CCT-G835 offers discrimination at the high end of the spectrum, this tool is used to acquire additional information on core critical thinking skills for purposes of evaluating job applicants. Like the other tests in the California Critical Thinking Skills Test family of instruments, the CCT-G835 targets analytical skills, inference skills, evaluative skills, inductive reasoning skills and deductive reasoning skills. The CCT G835 scale scores also provide an overall Total score.

The primary testing modality for the CCT-G835 is through our encrypted Insight Assessment e-testing system as a 41 question 60 minute timed on-line test. This tool can be made available in a paper-&-pencil testing modality. Clients interested in exploring the possible use of this testing tool are invited to contact Insight Assessment to discuss their testing project.
