FAQ

Which test items are on which scale?

As a function of test security, we do not provide item level data or scale structure information. If you are attempting to calculate a reliability statistic for your testing session, you can request and receive reliability coefficients for your sample if it is of adequate size to support this analysis. If you are attempting to improve scores by training your test takers to learn which answer is correct, this is not an effective way to improve their critical thinking skills of dispositions. Just as in other employee or educational testing, learning how to better respond to test items is a false remedy for weak scores. A preferred remedy is to refer your test taker to any excellent text or training program in critical thinking as the way to improve their performance on any of the tests and measures we offer.
