We match the reporting of results to your particular setting. Results can be always available for retrieval or sent to your email address, as two examples.  

Yes, there are several different norms groups for the Health Sciences Reasoning Test corresponding to the different levels of student or practitioner. These include Masters level, undergraduate and two year college norms. Specialty norms for the various practice areas in the health sciences are also available.

When you test online you can decide whether your test taker will see a one page printable report of their scores. Usually these are withheld from applicants, but in some circumstances you might decide that your test takers will find this information valuable to improving their thinking skills or habits of mind.

These can be sent to your email address as soon as the test is completed, allowing you to make timely decisions about applicants or placement. They can also be retrieved at your convenience from your account in the online testing system. 

With online testing, each of your testing groups can be downloaded in spreadsheet form at any time, either by you or by one of our staff, depending on your elected service option. Paper and pencil testing scores are returned to you in spreadsheet form as well. 

CapScore™ is our paper and pencil testing scoring system. For each of our testing instruments availalbe in paper and pencil format, there is a corresponding CapScore™ answer form that must be used to record your test takers' responses to the the test items. These forms must be sent back to the company for scoring and your results reports will be returned to you by email in spreadsheet form.

Premium Report packages can be designed to fit your organization's specific needs. Premium Report packages most often provide group level (employees, applicants, students) graphic presentation of critical thinking skill levels, comparing groups as is appropriate and following these groups over time. This depends on the amount of jobs in the queue. Most often it is a week to 10 days. We guarantee within 15 working days; rush scoring is available at a fee. 

All testing includes Basic Reporting, which is the score of each scale on the test and basic descriptive group statistics, namely mean, median, high score, low score, standard deviation, and the like. Premium Reporting service includes inferential statistics, such as t-test, correlations, ANOVA, and the like.

Premium reporting is a way for you to customize your results package with additional analyses, graphics, and interpretative text discussing your scores in relationship to your particular goals and objective. Customers might choose a premium report to prepare results for a stakeholder meeting or agency conference. Group comparisons can be analyzed statistically in a matched pairs approach (which associates each individual’s post test score with his or her pretest score), or, when the groups are not composed of exactly the same set of individuals, the groups can be analyzed as a comparison between two related but independent groups (aggregate group comparison).  Both provide you with useful information.

As a function of test security, we do not provide item level data or scale structure information. If you are attempting to calculate a reliability statistic for your testing session, you can request and receive reliability coefficients for your sample if it is of adequate size to support this analysis.
