How can I improve my hiring process?

Hiring right requires identifying a combination of ability, skills, motivation and habits of mind. Insight Assessment offers a wide range of skills tests such as the business reasoning tests, the BCTST  and the BRT.  Complementing these measurements of skills, the BAI  provides strong attitudinal data. Together these give employers a sound assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.
