Which is the best test for Community or Technical college students?

We have two possible measures of critical thinking skills for community and technical college students. The most frequently adoped is the Test of Everyday Reasoning (TER),which has been calibrated to best capture gains in critical thinking skills in the two year curriculum. Also used at many junior colleges is the generic college level form of the California Critical Thinking Skills Test (CCTST) designed for undergraduate and graduate students. Both of these forms of the CCTST provide a Total Score in critical thinking skills and five scale scores (analysis, inference, evaluation, inductive reasoning, and deductive reasoning), and comparison norm percentiles for a national community college sample. The Basic Results package also includes group statistics for your entire test taker group. Both instruments are available online or in paper and pencil format. The pricing is the same for either administration format to allow you to determine which works best at your institution. We’d be happy to talk with you in more depth about each of these options to help you decide which would best fit your needs.
