Phone: Call our general phone number (650) 697-5628 for more immediate solutions. This number is always staffed (24/7/365). During our regular business hours your call will be immediately transferred to an expert client representative to discuss your testing needs. During non-business hours, an Insight Assessment representative will respond to any customer emergency, and will take a message about your inquiry for a priority follow-up when the office next re-opens.

Insight Assessment office hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Pacific Standard Time.
