MDCTI: Interaction Style #1: Competition - Collaboration Scale

This scale describes the tendency to interact with other people as a competitor or a collaborator.  Both approaches have advantages and disadvantages. These advantages and disadvantages can be magnified in persons with scores at either of the extreme ends of this scale.
