Interaction Style #3: Stance - Directness Scale

This scale measures an individual's directness in relationship to questions or pressure from peers or superiors. There are advantages and disadvantages with being more forthright or more concerned to gain approval.   These advantages and disadvantages can be magnified in persons with scores at either of the extreme ends of this scale.
