Interaction Style #2: Expression - Observation Scale

This scale describes the tendency to be more of an expressive performer or a quiet observer when interacting with others. Both approaches have advantages and disadvantages. These advantages and disadvantages can be magnified in persons with scores at either of the extreme ends of this scale.
